Hello,
On my workplace in last 5 days there is some block when I open youtube.com or facebook.com. It looks like this:
on every video I open. I don't use facebook so that is not big loss for me;) but I would like to know how can I 'skip' this blockade because I need access to youtube.
In other words, when you double-click on the mod’s folder, it should show a list of several folders and files. Mount and blade war band cheats. Or you can open the.rar/.zip and look for an option “Extract here.”Hopefully that is the solution to your problem. If it instead shows another folder named after the mod, then double folders were created. The easiest way to install it correctly is to move the.rar or.zip containing the mod into the Modules folder, then right-click, and select “Extract here”.
Many thanks in advance for prompt replies!
Adi

It depends on how the 'block' has been implemented.
If the block has been put in place using URL Filtering at your perimeter firewall, or by using a Firewall and Proxy design, you are out of luck unless those administrators provide you access.

In some cases, if HTTPS is being allowed through your network without inspection, people get around these issues by piggy-backing an open proxy server on the Internet.
Without more detailed information, its hard to give you the best answer.
If you can't connect to youtube.com, it may be possible to access the video-sharing website using an IP address rather than the normal DNS name. You just need to know how to find the IP address.
Instructions in this article apply broadly to all web browsers.
What Is YouTube's IP Address?
Since YouTube uses multiple servers to handle incoming requests, the YouTube domain has more than one IP address available depending on the user's location and local time. These are the most common IP addresses for YouTube:
- 172.217.7.142
- 172.217.5.238
- 172.217.15.110
- 172.217.15.78
How to Access YouTube via IP Address
Just as you can visit YouTube's homepage by entering https://www.youtube.com/into your browser's URL bar, you can enter https:// followed by any of YouTube's IP addresses. For example:
If you receive a security warning from Google Chrome, select Advanced to be able to proceed to the desired destination.
YouTube IP Address Ranges
To support a large and growing network of web servers, YouTube owns a vast number of IP addresses in ranges called blocks. Administrators who want to restrict access to YouTube from their network can block these IP address ranges if their router allows.
These IP address blocks belong to YouTube:
- 172.217.0.0 - 172.217.255.255
- 199.223.232.0 - 199.223.239.255
- 207.223.160.0 - 207.223.175.255
- 208.65.152.0 - 208.65.155.255
- 208.117.224.0 - 208.117.255.255
- 209.85.128.0 - 209.85.255.255
- 216.58.192.0 - 216.58.223.255
- 216.239.32.0 - 216.239.63.255
Why Can't I Connect to YouTube With an IP Address?
Accessing Youtube When Blocked Phone
Some IP addresses that are marked as belonging to YouTube will point you to other Google websites like google.com. This is due to shared hosting. Since Google uses some of the same servers to deliver its many different products, sometimes a Google IP address isn't enough information to direct your browser, so you could just see a blank page or some sort of error.
![Accessing Accessing](/uploads/1/2/3/7/123778998/131188832.png)
This concept applies to any webpage. If you can't open a website using its IP address, then there's a good chance that the address belongs to a server that doesn't host just one website. Therefore, the server doesn't know which website to load upon your request.
Acceptable Uses of YouTube IP Addresses

If you cannot reach https://www.youtube.com/, your web host might be blocking access to it. If this is the case, using an IP address-based URL might violate your host network's acceptable use policy (AUP). Check your AUP or contact your local network administrator before using an IP address to connect to YouTube.
Some countries have banned access to YouTube entirely. Whether using the standard DNS name or an IP address, people in these countries should expect their connections to fail.
If you're trying to open YouTube from its IP address because the service is blocked in your region, consider using an anonymous web proxy server or VPN service to open YouTube.
Does YouTube Record User IP Addresses?
Although YouTube records IP addresses of users who vote on videos or post comments to the site, it's not possible for regular users to access these private IP addresses. Like other large websites, YouTube might be requested to share its server logs with legal agencies under court order.
It's difficult for a website like YouTube to ban individual users by their public IP address because most internet providers allocate these to their customers dynamically (they often change). For the same reason, YouTube does not strictly limit voting on their videos to one vote per each IP address, although it does keep some other restrictions in place to prevent vote stuffing.
Websites can be blocked at three levels: Computer level, Network level or the ISP/Governmental level. Some DNS services, such as Open DNS, too provide options to block certain types of websites for different users sharing the computer. Then, there are some software other than the built-in “Restricted Websites” in Internet Options that help in blocking a website. We’ll not be talking about how to block a website. Rather, we’ll focus on how to access a website that is restricted on your workstation by network admins and ISPs (Internet Service Provider).
Access Restricted Websites
The article is an expansion of our other article on what to do when a website does not open. Some of the tips may be repeated in this article. So if you find that you are unable to open or access some websites, here are a few things you may want to try out.
Is The Website Down?
You may not be able to access a particular website due to some outage. Check with these website monitors. The check – Is a website up or down. It will tell you if a blog or website is working, online, up, down right now or not to anyone or everyone.
Access Website Blocked On a Computer
There are different options to access a website, and they depend on the mode used to block the site. For example, Open DNS employs category system, and if you wish to go to a category that your parents have chosen to block it for you, it will provide a notification.
Accessing Youtube When Blocked Facebook
HTTP and HTTPS
The first thing to try is to add or remove an “s” to the “http” preceding the website URL. For example, typing in https://www.facebook.com may open it for you because only “http://www.facebook.com” was blocked. Likewise, if it was “https” blocked, you can try “http” only to see if you can access the website. The term “https” represents a secure connection while the “http” is the unencrypted version of the website URL.
Internet Options – Restricted Websites & Content Advisor
If toggling between http and https does not help, check the error message you are getting when trying to access. If it says “Due to Restrictions On This Account”, it could be a Family Safety Software. Not much can be done in this case except to try portable browsers that do not need to be installed and offer proxy as well. We’ll get to that in a while.
If there is no account-related message, probably the site has been blocked using Internet Options. Go to Internet Options in Control Panel and on the Security tab, click on Restricted Websites in the Internet Security Zone, and then on the button labeled “Sites” (See image below). Check if the URL of the website you wish to access is listed there. If yes, select the URL and click Remove. You’ll be prompted for confirmation. That done, the website should open without any problems on any of your browsers.
There is yet another method to block certain types of websites from opening – using the same Internet Options dialog box. Click on the Content tab. Based upon your version of Windows, you might see “Content Advisor” or “Family Safety” button. This option is used to restrict certain types of websites from opening for different users. That means you can use the option to block websites at the user level. If you know the password, you can click the button and change settings. If not, you will have to ask permissions from your parents or network admin. Here too, you can use a portable browser to bypass restrictions.
Using A Portable Proxy Browser To Access Restricted Websites
You can download a portable browser that doubles up as a proxy such as KProxy. This product has both portable and installation type versions. The best thing about the website browser is that it offers online browsing without actually typing the website address in the main URL bar. Instead, you type the URL in the text box given in the middle of the KProxy website.
Using A Different DNS
When some website is banned in an area, it is the ISP blocking traffic to and from that website. Changing DNS settings from your ISP to something different might help you access the site. For example, you can change your DNS to Google Public DNS. To change DNS, right click the network icon in the taskbar and select Open Network and Sharing. In the Window that appears, double-click on your network. It will bring up a dialog box and there you can change the DNS under IPv4.

Use a Proxy To Access Restricted Websites
Proxy websites are accessed only after entering the URL in your browser, and they will allow you to browse other websites by using the internet connection on that website. A Proxy server is like a proxy site – the difference being – you will be given an IP address that will get set up in your browser using which you will be able to surf the internet.

You may use proxy websites or programs to access websites blocked in your area. One such proxy is UltraSurf. This was specifically designed to allow the population of a certain country to access social networking sites. There are some websites who let you easily access and open blocked websites. OpenBlockedWebsite.com and HideMyAss.com are two such websites you may want to check out. They act as free web anonymizers that aim to unblock blocked websites and offer free anonymous web surfing. Also, check out Hola Unblocker.
These are some methods that will help you access websites restricted on your home network, corporate LANs, or the ones banned in your country.
